On November 23, 2016, Korea Electric Power Corporation (“KEPCO”) sold a 1.5% equity interest in, or 664,000 common shares of, KEPCO Plant Service & Engineering Co, Ltd (“KEPCO KPS”) at a price of Won 57,300 per share through a block sale to third party investors. This sale was made pursuant to the Korean government’s plans to reduce debt levels and improve management efficiency of public enterprises.

Following such sale, KEPCO holds a 51.0% equity interest in KEPCO KPS.
