Grupo Aval Acciones y Valores S.A. informs that its subsidiary Grupo Aval Limited will effect the Make-whole Redemption of its Senior Notes issued in year 2012 with a maturity date of February 2017. These notes were issued in the international capital markets in the amount of U.S. $600,000,000. As a result, the foregoing issuance will be redeemed prior to maturity, on November 28, 2016.
