Celanese Corporation (NYSE:CE), a global technology and
specialty materials company, declared a quarterly dividend of $0.36
per share on its Series A common stock, payable on November 10,
2016.
The dividend is payable for the period beginning August 1, 2016
and ending on and including October 31, 2016 to stockholders of
record as of October 31, 2016.
