financial management to marketing and sales techniques.
The newly announced speakers join fellow business luminaries to
share their success stories paired with practical advice and

all have demonstrated a unique entrepreneurial spirit and
drive:
- Longoria is a Golden Globe-nominated,
Screen Actors Guild and ALMA Award- winning actress, producer,

Philanthropist of the Year by the Hollywood Reporter and
honored by Variety with a Lifetime Achievement Award for

people with accessible and affordable solutions for all their
wellness needs.

of America designer, launched his eponymous collection in 2008. A
QuickBooks customer since 2012 and dubbed "the new king of
old-school glamour" by Elle and "the next billion-dollar
designer" by Yahoo! Style, his designs have appeared on the world's
biggest stars and most prestigious red carpets. Siriano partners

and co-founded accessories e-commerce retailer Send the Trend,
serving as chief curator until its QVC acquisition in 2012.
- Webb, a longtime professional stylist,
founded Drybar in 2010 after a lifelong quest for a great blowout
at an affordable price. What started as a mobile business quickly
turned into the first Drybar in Brentwood, Calif., and has since
expanded to nearly 70 locations with over 3,000 stylists across the
country. Drybar also offers a full line of professional hair
styling products and tools, all of which were created for the
perfect blowout. Webb’s accolades include the 2014 CEW Achiever
Award and being included in Fortune’s “40 Under 40” and Marie
Claire’s “16 Most Fascinating Women.” Her first book, “The Drybar
Guide to Good Hair for All,” will be released Oct. 18 by Abrams
Publishing.
- Kayongo, a sustainability expert and
the CEO of the Center for Civil and Human Rights in Atlanta, fled a
civil war in Uganda and settled with his family in Kenya. He later
moved to the United States, where he became a successful
entrepreneur as the founder of the Global Soap Project. The program
recycles partially used soap from hotels by turning them into new
bars and redistributing them to vulnerable populations in more than
