(the "Company") received a written letter of resignation from Milton Carroll stating that he resigned, effective immediately, from his position on the Company's Supervisory Board. At the time of his resignation, Mr. Carroll was a member of the Compensation Committee and Nominating & Governance Committee of the Supervisory Board. Mr. Carroll resigned from the Supervisory Board for personal reasons and not as a result of any dispute or disagreement with the Company.
