The state Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs’ (DCCA) Business Registration Division (BREG) reminds businesses to file their annual business renewal reports.

Renewals due in the fourth quarter (October – December) are now available online at http://hbe.ehawaii.gov/annuals and must be filed with BREG by December 31, 2015, midnight (HST). Accepted forms of payment online include credit card, eCheck, or through eHawaii.gov subscriber accounts.

Hawaii annual business renewals can be filed at any time during the quarter in which the annual filing is due. The quarters are as follows: First quarter is January – March; Second quarter is April – June; Third quarter is July – September; Fourth quarter is October – December.

If your 2015 Hawaii annual business renewal was due in a previous quarter, you can submit your filing online with a $10.00 late fee. Any filing that is late a year or more can be filed by mail, fax or walk-in at the BREG office at 335 Merchant Street and will be assessed a late fee of $10.00 per year.

For filing-related questions, please visit www.businessregistrations.com, email breg@dcca.hawaii.gov, or call (808) 586-2727. For technical questions, please contact eHawaii.gov via email at info@ehawaii.gov or by phone at (808) 695-4620.
