its Global Financial Services and Real Estate expertise with
the return of Graham Beatty. He will be based in the firm's
New York office.
In his new role with the firm, Graham will serve as the head of
the Americas Real Estate sector within the Financial Services
Practice.

Prior to rejoining Heidrick & Struggles, Beatty was a
consultant within the Financial Services Sector at another global
executive search firm where he advised clients in commercial real
estate, private equity, and global banking and markets. He
also served as the New York lead
for the firm's Real Estate Practice. Earlier in his executive
search career, Beatty was a Senior Associate with Heidrick &
Struggles until 2006. He began his career in Financial
Services with UBS on the firm's emerging markets fixed income
desk.

and developers. He has also focused on the recruitment of
senior investment professionals and distribution executives.
In addition, he has assisted several private equity sponsored
management teams in preparing to launch IPOs through recruitment of
experienced financial and executive officer talent.
Beatty received his bachelor's degree in sociology from
Duke University and his MBA from the
Darden Graduate School of Business, University of
Virginia.
