Group Inc. ("OTC Markets Group" or "the Company") (OTCQX: OTCM)
today announced the second quarter 2015 performance and quarterly
rebalancing of the OTCQX® indexes, the OTCQB® Venture Index, the
OTCM QX ADR Index ("OTCQX30") and the OTCM ADR Index.

The OTCQX Composite Index (.OTCQX), which tracks the overall
performance of the OTCQX Best Market, declined 3.9% in the second
quarter. Forty companies were added to the Index during the
quarter and 40 companies were removed, including Concordia
Healthcare Corporation (NASDAQ: CXRX), a Canada-based diverse healthcare company, which
graduated from OTCQX to the Nasdaq stock exchange on June 29; Cynapsus Therapeutics Inc. (NASDAQ:
CYNA), a specialty pharmaceutical company, which moved to Nasdaq on
June 18; and Real Industry, Inc.
(NASDAQ: RELY), which listed on Nasdaq on June 21.
The OTCQX Billion+ Index (.OTCQXBIL), a benchmark for OTCQX
companies with a $1 billion market
capitalization or greater, fell 4.0% during the quarter. Four
companies were added to the index during the quarter and five were
removed, including exchange graduate Concordia Healthcare.
The OTCQX Banks Index (.OTCQXBK), comprised of community and
regional banks traded on OTCQX, rose 5.1% during the quarter.
Sixteen companies were added to the index and eight companies
were removed.
The OTCQX International Index (.OTCQXINT), a benchmark for
international companies traded on OTCQX, was flat for the quarter.
Eighteen companies were added to the index during the quarter
and 27 companies were removed, including exchange graduates
Concordia Healthcare and Cynapsus Therapeutics.
The OTCQX U.S. Index (.OTCQXUS), a benchmark for U.S.-domiciled
OTCQX companies, gained 5.1% in the second quarter.
Twenty-two companies were added to the index and 13 companies
were deleted, including exchange graduate Real Industry.
The OTCQB Venture Index (.OTCQB), which tracks the overall
performance of the OTCQB Venture Market, declined 5.1% in the
second quarter. Three hundred and twenty-eight companies were
added to the index during the quarter as more companies were
approved to trade on OTCQB under the stricter market standards and
eligibility requirements. Eighty-three companies were removed
from the index during the quarter, including Cemtrex, Inc. (NASDAQ:
CETX), Pieris Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ: PIRS), Corbus
Pharmaceuticals Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: CRBP) and OncoSec Medical
Incorporated (NASDAQ: ONCS), which graduated to Nasdaq, and
BioPharmX Corporation (NYSE MKT: BPMX), which moved to the NYSE MKT
market.
The OTCQX30 Index (.OTCQX30), powered by BNY Mellon DR
IndicesSM and comprised of the 30 largest, most
actively-traded American Depositary Receipts (ADRs) on OTCQX,
slipped 1.3% in the second quarter. Two companies were added
to the index and two companies were removed.
The OTCM ADR Index (.OTCDR) powered by BNY Mellon DR Indices and
comprised of ADRs traded on the OTCQX, OTCQB and OTC Pink® Markets,
was flat for the quarter. Nine companies were added to the
index during the quarter and 28 companies were removed.

All indexes are market capitalization-weighted and are adjusted
on a quarterly basis for additions and shares changes over 5%
during the months of March, June, September and December. In
the case of ADRs, the DR ratio is considered. Dividends are
re-invested as of the close of business the day before the
ex-dividend date.

International Index, OTCQX U.S. Index, OTCQX Banks Index and OTCQB
