meeting of shareholders at 9AM CST on June 30, 2015 at the 1st
Detect Headquarters located at 555 Forge River Road, Suite 100,
Webster, TX 77598. In conjunction with this meeting, the company
will be providing investors with a laboratory and factory tour, and
will include full demonstrations of their products. Astrotech and
