Regulatory News:

At its meeting on November 12, 2014, the Supervisory Board appointed Renaud Haberkorn as Chief Operating Officer and member of the Executive Board of ANF Immobilier (Paris:ANF).

Renaud Haberkorn, aged 43, is an engineering graduate of the Ecole Spéciale des Travaux Publics (ESTP) and has a Masters Degree in Finance from ESSEC. He has almost 20 years of experience in the field of real estate and finance.

Formerly Chief Executive Officer of Société de la Tour Eiffel between 2012 and 2014, Renaud Haberkorn started his professional career in 1996 at Goldman Sachs, then joining Soros Real Estate Partners as a Partner until 2005 and Grove International Partners as a Senior Partner until 2011.

The Executive Board of ANF Immobilier is now made up of Bruno Keller, Chairman; Renaud Haberkorn, Chief Operating Officer and Ghislaine Seguin, Real Estate Director.

Renaud Haberkorn will also be involved in development work with Eurazeo Patrimoine.
