Announcement by Lottoarena Entertainment PLC

Today Lottoarena announces that the GXG Markets granted an extension until the
31st of November for the submission of the audited annual financial statements
as per 31st of May 2014.

Reason for the delay are formal errors in regards to the dismissal of KP
Doherty as auditor in the last performed EGM on the 11th of August 2014 and the
appointment of PWC as the new auditor in the same.

The Directors take responsibility for this announcement.
