Health Dialog Receives NCQA Certification for 24/7 Nurse Line

Health Dialog today announced that its 24/7 Nurse Line has
received its two-year certification by the National Committee for
Quality Assurance (NCQA) under the Health Information Products
(HIP) certification process. The Health Dialog program has been
awarded certification every year it has applied, continuing to
demonstrate the company’s commitment to delivering the highest
quality 24/7 Nurse Line program.

organization has expertise in gathering and disseminating

The NCQA HIP certification process is a quality assessment
program that health plans can use to evaluate organizations that

or more of the certification options. It is governed by NCQA’s
rigorous Standards for Certification and developed with the
assistance of representatives from the industry, as well as input
from health plans. The process evaluates a HIP organization’s
management of various aspects of its data collection, system
operations, and the process it uses to continuously improve the
services it provides.
