WILMINGTON, Mass., Sept. 4, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Implant Sciences Corporation (OTCQB: IMSC), a high technology supplier of systems and sensors for homeland security and defense markets, announced today it has sold 43 of its QS-H150 Explosives Trace Detection systems to customers in China. Organizations purchasing the systems include a police department and a mass transit authority.

"China has always been a strong market for Implant Sciences with police departments and mass transit authorities being some of the oldest and largest customers. These organizations have purchased hundreds of units over the past several years, and they continue to ask for the QS-H150 over the competition, including domestically produced systems," stated Dr. Darryl Jones, Implant Sciences' Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing. "That level of product loyalty speaks volumes about the performance and reliability of our technology."
