CHMT Chemtura Corp. (delisted)

Chemtura Corporation (NYSE:CHMT) (EuroNext:CHMT) announced that Craig Rogerson, chairman, president and chief executive officer, and Dalip Puri, vice president of Investor Relations and treasurer, will present at Jefferies 2014 Global Industrials Conference from 1 to 1:30 p.m. Eastern time Wednesday, Aug. 13, at the Grand Hyatt New York, 109 E. 42nd St., New York City.

The format will consist of a keynote presentation of about 25 minutes, followed by one-on-ones and small group meetings.
