Territorial Bancorp Inc. (Nasdaq:TBNK) (the "Company"),
headquartered in Honolulu, Hawaii, the holding company parent of
Territorial Savings Bank (the "Bank"), announces that the Bank is
now a member bank of the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco. The
Bank is now one of two State of Hawaii members of the Federal
Reserve Bank of San Francisco.
