View Systems Reaps Orders With New Sales Approach

BALTIMORE, MD--(Marketwired - Jun 24, 2014) - View Systems, Inc. (OTCBB: VSYM), a Baltimore manufacturer and seller of integrated Concealed Weapons Detection (CWD) systems, has announced that in the most recent 90 day period multiple sales have been consummated. These new business orders are a direct result of the change in sales strategy. During the past 90 days View has executed distribution and sales agreements with a network of regional security product sellers, dealers, distributors and integrators. 

One of the new sales representatives said, "Many of my clients who see the View Systems literature want to book a demonstration." View Vice President William Gaskill stated, "The new orders are being routed through the rep organizations. We are getting requests for demonstrations by groups interested in purchasing 10-15 units at a time. This is particularly encouraging since we signed our first rep agreement less than 90 days ago. Our 2014 sales strategy is working."

The increase in sales is being led by a demand for added protection at gun distributers, commercial establishments and schools. The upswing in weapons sales nationwide has necessitated shop-owners tighten their security access controls. The school marketing efforts directly resulted in an initial sale to a large public school system for multiple ViewScan units. 

Additional sales and interest are being generated by View's marketing agreement with Hemp, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: HEMP). View will place its first unit in a dispensary in Colorado in July.

The new sales representatives for the ViewScan product line point to reliability, ease of use, and price as the primary factors that are driving sales: "The ViewScan systems are the first and only weapons detection units that we have handled," said one sales representative. "Many of our customers simply were not aware that this type of quality equipment was available for a relatively modest investment -- I wish we could have put View Systems in our product basket years ago."
