Initial Aircraft Dispatcher Training (www.baltia.com).
Training began on Monday June 9,
2014. Through training, experience and expertise, Baltia's
Aircraft Dispatchers will be qualified to exercise operational
control of all Baltia flights. They will ensure that aircraft
mechanical reliability, flight plan routing, aircraft performance,
fuel loads, and crew qualification, rest, and currency requirements
allow for the legal release of each and every flight conducted by
Baltia. They will also be responsible for ensuring that
flight following policies, procedures and regulations are
enforced.
