Strategic Global Investments and Television 101 Opt to Forgo Agency Representation and Alternatively Conduct In-House Syndication

(OTC Pink: STBV) (PINKSHEETS: STBV) is pleased to announce that the first episode of their Marijuana dispensary set, comedy-reality TV series has been completed. Under the direction of Television 101, the series portrays a humorous heartfelt, inside view into the cannabis industry. After careful consideration, the Producers have decided that it's in the best interest of the Company to forgo agency representation on the project and now intends to give the series the advantage of direct representation.

Due to recent interest, Strategic Global, in collaboration with Television 101 Producers, have concluded that the Company is better positioned taking complete control of the show's network distribution. Direct representation gives the series the advantage of being the presenter's exclusively featured programming, ensuring the finest likelihood that the program will be picked up. Television 101 is currently progressing in production of subsequent episodes of the entertaining, light-hearted documentary styled series, as the national cannabis debate moves slowly towards a post prohibition era.

As recently announced: The Producers feel that the show has the potential to appeal to a wide demographic of the television viewing audience.
