This was accomplished through a capital restructuring; reversing the issued shares to 1,058,670; creating a tight float; and reducing the authorized shares to 15,000,000. SBDG then cleaned up the balance sheet and increased revenue by over $17,000,000 thru the acquisition this past September of Production Partners Chemical.
