Display Advertising, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: IDAD) ("IDAD") The Company
is very pleased to announce that it has entered into a Private
Label Distribution Agreement with Prive Holdings Corp. for the
Prive Brand of electronic cigarettes. The initial term of
this Agreement is for three years commencing the effective date of
this agreement on November 1, 2013.
IDAD's territory within this agreement is comprised of the entire
United States including the States
of Alaska, Hawaii and any of its off-shore territories
where it has governing authority.

Incoming IDAD Company President, Mr. Torres studied
Architecture in San Francisco and
spent one year in an honors internship program at a
prestigious Architecture firm in The
Netherlands. In 2002 he started his professional
career at a luxury design build firm in San Francisco. In the following years he
focused his interests on the design industry, working for
notable architecture and design firms in San Francisco from 2002 to 2008. In 2007 he
began to pursue his interest in the Luxury
Automotive industry combining his knowledge with design he
took a Designer position in San
Francisco to design the new Ferrari
San Francisco retail store along with other Luxury
Boutique retail stores. Mr. Torres is a dynamic manager with
broad ranging experience gained in project management and in recent
years with start-up ventures.
In other corporate developments, the Company announces that the
International Marketing Rights Agreement with Display Points
Technologies LLC was terminated on August
21, 2013. This is in conjunction with the resignation of
David Hazzard as President and Chief
Executive Officer of International Display Advertising retroactive
