Explanation of Responses:
( 1)  Received in exchange for shares of capital stock of Gamzio, Inc., a Nevada corporation ("Gamzio") in connection with the acquisition by the Issuer of the outstanding shares of Gamzio through a voluntary share exchange with Gamzio Incubator Trust, the sole shareholder of Gamzio, pursuant to a Share Exchange Agreement, by and among the Issuer, Gamzio, and Gamzio Incubator Trust.
( 2)  The shares are held by Gamzio Incubator Trust, of which the Reporting Person is the sole trustee and beneficiary thereof.
