AlumiFuel Power Corporation, A Nevada Corporation, hereby requests an extension until April 16, 2013, for the filing of its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2012. This additional time is necessary for the Registrant to complete preparation of the required financial statements. The Registrant plans to file the Form 10-K as soon as reasonably practicable.
