                              Holdings in Company

The Company has been informed that Artisan (UK) plc today sold 8,000,000
ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company. Artisan (UK) plc is now interested in
8,558,000 ordinary shares, representing approximately 10.21 per cent of the
issued ordinary share capital.

The Company has also been informed that City Equities Limited today purchased
6,750,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company. City Equities Limited is
now interest in 6,750,000 ordinary share of 1p each, representing approximately
8.06 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital.
