Group PLC would be SPG Media PLC.  This should have stated SPG Media Group PLC.

Sterling Publishing Group PLC is pleased to announce that its change of name to
SPG Media Group PLC will become effective from the commencement of business on
Monday, 9February 2004.  The Company's new code will be SPM.L.
