StatPro Group plc, ("StatPro", "the Group", AIM: SOG), the AIM listed provider of cloud-based portfolio analysis and asset pricing services for the global asset management industry, announces that at its Annual General Meeting held at 13.00 pm today all the resolutions were approved by shareholders on a show of hands.
