Update on sale of certain assets and liabilities of the Interiors division

Further to the announcement made on 14 July 2017 regarding the Company's agreement for the sale of a part of the Group's interiors division (comprising certain assets and liabilities of Dreweatts and the intellectual property rights and goodwill in respect of the Mallett and Made by Meta Brands) (the "Sale") to Millicent Holdings Limited, the Company announces that the contractual long-stop date for completion of the Sale has been extended to 3 August 2017.

A further announcement will be made in due course.
