Reduction of Capital - Court Order Filed

Further to the announcement on 14 August 2020 the Company confirms that the Court Order approving the reduction of the Company's nominal share capital by way of cancellation of 561,387,586 deferred shares of GBP0.01 each and the cancellation of the share premium account of the Company (together, the "Reduction of Capital") has been registered at Companies House. The Capital Reduction became effective on 26 August 2020.

Following the Capital Reduction, as of 26 August 2020, the issued share capital of the Company consists of 561,387,586 ordinary shares of GBP0.01 each and the distributable reserves will amount to GBP14,620,074.
