Directors' Dealings

Rurelec PLC (AIM: RUR), the owner, operator and developer of power generation capacity internationally, has been notified that its Chief Executive, Peter Earl, has today acquired 100,000 ordinary shares of two pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 6 pence per Ordinary Share. Group Finance Director, Andrew Morris, and Executive Director of Project Finance, Elizabeth Shaw, have also each purchased 50,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 6 pence per Ordinary Share.
