Further to the announcement dated 30 July 2009, the Company is pleased to 
confirm that from 7 August 2009, the date that trading in the Company's Ordinary 
Shares on AIM will be cancelled, J P Jenkins Limited will provide a matched 
trading facility in the Company's Ordinary Shares for a minimum period of twelve 
months. Further details of the trading facility will be set out on the Company's 
corporate website, www.reflec.co.uk.
