Results of the Annual General Meeting
At Reflec's Annual General Meeting held earlier today in Crewe, all resolutions
were passed, including the special resolution proposed to cancel trading of the
Company's shares on AIM. The directors would like to thank the shareholders for
their support at the meeting.
The following table shows the percentage of votes cast for and against each
resolution at the Annual General Meeting.
