Directors' Dealings 
 
 
The Company announces that it has today received notification of the following 
Directors' dealings: 
 
 
  *  Mr Tim Robinson, non-executive chairman, purchased 12,500 ordinary shares in the 
  Company at 5.15p and 70,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 5.25p per share. 
 
 
 
Following these purchases, the total holding of Tim Robinson in the Company 
amounts to 295,500 ordinary shares (representing approximately 2.65 per cent of 
the issued share capital). 
 
 
  *  Mr Paul Holdcroft, group managing director, purchased 12,500 ordinary shares in 
  the Company at 5.15p per share and 70,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 
  5.25p per share. 
 
 
 
Following these purchases, the total holding of Paul Holdcroft in the Company 
amounts to 120,666 ordinary shares (representing approximately 1.08 per cent of
