Directors' Dealings 
 
 
The Company announces that it has today received notification of the following 
Directors' dealings made on 14 July 2009: 
 
 
  *  Mr Tim Robinson, non-executive chairman, purchased 12,500 ordinary shares in the 
  Company at 5.25p per share. 
 
 
 
Following this purchase, the total holding of Tim Robinson in the Company 
amounts to 213,000 ordinary shares (representing approximately 1.91 per cent of 
the issued share capital). 
 
 
  *  Mr Paul Holdcroft, group managing director, purchased 12,500 ordinary shares in 
  the Company at 5.25p per share. 
 
 
 
Following this purchase, the total holding of Paul Holdcroft in the Company 
amounts to 38,166 ordinary shares (representing approximately 0.34 per cent of 
the issued share capital). 
 
 
As previously announced on 6 July 2009, certain members of the board wish to 
express their continued intent to acquire further shares in the Company.
