Transaction in Own Shares and Total Voting Rights
RA International Group PLC (AIM: RAI), a leading provider of
services to remote locations in Africa and the Middle East,
confirms that further to the share buyback programme announced on 8
June 2020, the Company has purchased 400,000 ordinary shares of 10
pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 45.09 pence each. The
Ordinary Shares were purchased on behalf of the Company by its
broker Cenkos Securities plc and will be held in treasury.

Number of Ordinary Shares purchased (aggregated
volume): 400,000
Price paid per Ordinary Share (GBP): GBP0.4509

Following the Ordinary Shares purchased, the total number of
Ordinary Shares in issue and admitted to trading on AIM will remain
at 173,575,741, which will now comprise 1,825,000 Ordinary Shares
held in treasury and 171,750,741 Ordinary Shares with voting
rights. The figure of 171,750,741 Ordinary Shares should be used by
shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations
by which they will determine if they are required to notify their
interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of
the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure
Guidance and Transparency Rules.
