Grant of Options
Quixant (AIM: QXT), a leading provider of specialised computing
platforms and monitors for gaming and slot machine applications,
announces that it has granted a total of 155,000 options
("Options") over ordinary shares of 0.1 pence in the capital of the
Company ("Ordinary Shares") to the following person discharging
managerial responsibility ("PDMR") (the "Grant"):

The Options are exercisable from the date of the release of the
Company's accounts for the year ending 31 December 2022. The
Options are exercisable subject to the growth of the diluted
earnings per Ordinary Share (as set out in each of the audited
accounts for the years ending 31 December 2020, 2021 and 2022)
being equal to or greater than 10 per cent in each financial
year.
Following the Grant, there are a total of 707,290 Options
outstanding, representing approximately 1.1 per cent. of the
current issued share capital of the Company.
