   Prosperity Voskhod Limited (the "Company") 
 
   (a closed-ended investment company incorporated with limited liability 
under the laws of Guernsey with registered number 45426) 
 
   Redemption of Shares 
 
   Further to the powers granted to the Board at the Company's 
extraordinary general meeting on 21 June 2013, the Company today 
announces that $50 million, representing approximately 33.74 per cent. 
of the Company's issued share capital, will be returned to shareholders 
by way of a compulsory partial redemption of  Shares (the "Redemption") 
at close of business on 16 May 2014 (the "Redemption Date"). 
 
   Shares will be redeemed as at the Redemption Date, by reference to the 
estimated Net Asset Value per Share as at 30 April 2014 (the "Redemption 
Price"). The payment, which will be made to Shareholders on or around 28 
May 2014, will represent $1.13 per Share to be redeemed. 
 
   The Redemption will be effected pro rata to the holdings of Shares on 
the register at the close of business on the Redemption Date (which is 
the record date for the purposes of the Redemption), being 16 May 2014. 
 
   Fractions of Shares will not be redeemed and so the number of Shares to 
be redeemed for each Shareholder will be rounded down to the nearest 
whole number of Shares. 
 
   All of the Shares redeemed on the Redemption Date will be cancelled. 
 
   Shareholders who wish to receive their redemption proceeds in Sterling 
should contact Capita Asset Services as soon as possible on 0871 664 
0321 to request a currency election form.  The currency election form 
must be returned to Capita by 16 May 2014 in order to receive Sterling. 
 
   The Shares will all be disabled in CREST after close of business on the 
Redemption Date and the existing ISIN number GG00BJ0JSK51 (the "Old 
ISIN") will expire. 
 
   The new ISIN number GG00BMJJHH70 (the "New ISIN") in respect of the 
remaining Shares which have not been redeemed will be enabled and 
available for transactions from and including 19 May 2014. Up to and 
including the Redemption Date, Shares will be traded under the Old ISIN 
and as such, a purchaser of such Shares would have a market claim for a 
proportion of the redemption proceeds. CREST will automatically 
transform any open transactions as at the Redemption Date into the New 
ISIN.

   As shareholders will be aware, the Company's annual general meeting and 
the extraordinary general meeting to approve the cancellation of the 
Company's admission to trading on AIM will be held at 10.30 a.m. and 
11.00 a.m., respectively, on 29 May 2014. Shareholders may submit a form 
of proxy or submit a CREST proxy instruction by 10.30 a.m. and 11.00 
a.m., respectively, on 27 May 2014. As a number of Shares will be 
redeemed pursuant to the Redemption and a New ISIN enabled, the Board 
would encourage Shareholders to submit their form of proxy or CREST 
proxy instruction following 19 May 2014.
