Parkwood Holdings Plc, the Support Services group, has today accepted the
resignation of one of its non-executive directors, Mr Brian May.

Mr May, who has been a member of the Parkwood Board since April 2005 resigned
with effect from 30 September 2007.

Tony Hewitt, Executive Chairman of Parkwood Holdings Plc, commented: -

"It has been a pleasure working with Brian over the past two and a half years
and I wish him well for the future. The Board does not currently intend to seek
another non-executive director".

                      dealing both with the NHS and the private sector.
