                              EXERCISE OF OPTIONS                              

Nelson Resources Limited (the "Company") received notification on September 7,
2005 that Nick Zana, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, exercised 50,000
options in the Company's common shares of USD$0.01 ("Common Shares") at an
exercise price of Cdn$0.67 and subsequently sold the shares at a price of
Cdn$2.80 on September 6, 2005.

The Company also received notification on September 8, 2005 that Mr. Zana
exercised a further 24,600 options in the Company's Common Shares at the same
exercise price and subsequently sold the the shares at a price of Cdn$2.80 on
September 8, 2005.

Following these transactions, Mr. Zana's interest in the Company totals
19,655,941 remaining options amounting to 2.2 per cent. of the issued shares
capital of the Company.
