                              EXERCISE OF OPTIONS                              

Nelson Resources Limited (the "Company") received notification on September 5,
2005 that Nick Zana, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, exercised 1,000,000
options in the Company's common shares of USD$0.01 ("Common Shares") at an
exercise price of Cdn$0.67 and subsequently sold the shares at a price of
Cdn$2.85 on September 2, 2005. Following the transaction, Mr. Zana's interest
in the Company totals 19,730,541 remaining options amounting to 2.2 per cent.
of the issued shares capital of the Company.

The Company also received notification on September 6, 2005 that Peter Luis O.
Gross, a non-executive director, exercised 300,000 options in the Company's
Common Shares at an exercise price of Cdn$1.45 and subsequently sold the shares
aa a price of Cdn$2.75 on September 6, 2005. Following the transaction, Mr.
Gross's interest in the Company totals 700,000 remaining options amounting to
0.08 per cent. of the issued shares capital of the Company.
