                       BLOCK LISTING SIX MONTHLY REVIEW                        

Nelson Resources Limited (the "Company") announces a review of the block
listing on the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange made
in respect of Common Shares of USD$0.01 in the Company issuable on the exercise
of stock options, previously announced on January 27, 2005.

In the period between January 27, 2005 and June 30, 2005, the following
movements occurred in the number of shares not yet issued under the Company's
stock option scheme:

Shares originally listed under scheme on Jan 27        46,215,635

Options exercised                                        (400,000)
Options lapsed                                           (990,000)
Options granted                                           900,000
Authorisation of options previously granted (1)         2,445,239

Shares not yet issued under scheme at Jun 30           48,170,874

Total number of shares outstanding at Jun 30          863,398,095

(1) All granted options not previously authorised under the Company's stock 
option plan were ratified at the Company's Annual General Meeting on 
June 10, 2005.

There is no assurance that the shares not yet issued under the plan will be
issued.
