The Company was informed on 10 October 2007 that on that date North Asia Metals
Limited sold 1,000,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company at a price
of 30.0 pence per share. Paul Atherley, a director of the Company, has a 
beneficial interest in North Asia Metals Limited. As a result of this 
transaction Mr Atherley is beneficially interested in 29,000,000 ordinary 
shares in the capital of the Company, representing 13.5% of the Company's 
entire issued share capital.

The Company was also informed on 10 October 2007 that on that date Apostman 
Holdings Pty Ltd sold 700,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company at 
a price of 30.0 pence per share.  Stacey Apostolou, a director of the Company, 
has a beneficial interest in Apostman Holdings Pty Ltd.  As a result of this 
transaction, Ms Apostolou is beneficially interested in 100,000 ordinary 
shares in the capital of the Company, representing 0.05%.
