                            Director's shareholding

The Company was notified on 6 April 2006 that on the same day Ian Middlemas sold
1,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 12
pence per Ordinary Share and that Arredo Pty Ltd, a company in which Mr
Middlemas is beneficially interested, sold 17,150,000 Ordinary Shares at the
same price.

Following these transactions, Mr Middlemas' is directly and indirectly
beneficial interested in 24,141,611 Ordinary Shares, representing 18.4% per cent
of the issued share capital of the Company.
