SUSPENSION OF LISTING AND TRADING

Leisure & Media VCT PLC (the "Company") announces that, as set out in the 
circular (the "Circular") to shareholders published on 31 March 2009, the 
Company's  Ordinary  Shares of 1 pence each were suspended from listing on the 
Official List of the UK Listing Authority and from trading on the London Stock 
Exchange at 7.30 a.m. this morning, 23 April 2009. 
It is expected that listing of those shares on the Official List of the UK 
Listing Authority will be cancelled no later than 8.00 a.m. on 24 April 2009. 
Capitalised terms used but not defined in this announcement shall have the 
meanings given to them in the Circular.
