Board Changes

The Company announces that Kevin Ashby has resigned as CEO and a director of the Company. He became Chief Executive in July 2013 and introduced Charles-Henri Sabet to the Company. Mr. Sabet has recently become Chairman, and is leading a group of investors in the Company, as announced earlier in the year.

Kevin Ashby therefore has decided that it is an appropriate time to resign and concentrate on his other business interests. The Board wishes to thank Kevin for his work for the company and wishes him well in the future.
