Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company announces that Simon Denham, CEO, has entered into a personal mortgage agreement under which Mr Denham pledged 3,000,000 ordinary shares (the "Shares") in the Company as security against the loan.

Under the AIM Rules, entry into such an agreement constitutes a dealing by Mr Denham and, as a result, requires disclosure to the market.

The 3,000,000 Shares represent approximately 41.1% of Mr Denham's 7,301,053 share holding in the Company. Following the signing of the mortgage agreement, Mr Denham's interest in the Company remains unchanged at 7,301,053 ordinary shares representing 13.7% of the Company's current issued share capital.
