Intandem Films Plc ("Intandem" or the "Company")

                                Trading Update

Intandem Films plc, the AIM traded feature film executive producer and
international sales company, is pleased to announce that Sony Pictures
Classics, a division of the Sony Pictures Entertainment Group, has acquired the
North American and Latin American distribution rights to the feature film "And
When Did You Last See Your Father?" Intandem is the international sales company
for this feature film and will earn commission on all sales generated.

The film, which stars Colin Firth ("Bridget Jones' Diary") and Jim Broadbent
("Moulin Rouge"), will be directed by Anand Tucker ("Hilary and Jackie") and is
based on Blake Morrison's best selling memoir of his relationship with his
dying father. The producers are Elizabeth Karlsen and Stephen Woolley.
Principal photography is expected to commence in the UK early next month.

Intandem has already secured pre sales in the UK (with Buena Vista
International and Channel Four), Australia and Portugal and expects to achieve
further pre sales following the Berlin Film Festival in February 2007 (where it
is planned to show footage of the film) and the Cannes Film Festival in May
2007, where it is planned to show a full screening of the film. The timing of
the film is such that the majority of commissions from pre sales will fall into
the current financial period.

It is the first film to commence production which has been developed as part of
The UK Film Council's Super-Slate initiative headed by Number 9 Film Ltd, in
association with Film4, Intandem and The Irish Film Board. The Super Slate
consortium is also in development on several other films including a film based
on Toby Young's best selling novel, "How To Lose Friends and Alienate People",
for which Intandem will act as the international sales agent.

Gary Smith, the Chairman of Intandem, commented,

"We are delighted to be a partner on this highly anticipated film, particularly
as it re-unites us with Number 9 Films and Sony Pictures Classics. It is also
particularly exciting for us as it is the first of a number of planned films
with our partners Number 9 Films, Film4, The Irish Film Board and The UK Film
Council."
