The Company was notified on 6 March 2008 that on 5 March 2008 Mikel Faulkner, a
director of the Company, purchased 5,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the
Company at 82.0p per share.

Following this purchase, Mr Faulkner has a beneficial interest in 175,000
ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company representing 0.50% of the issued share
capital of the Company.
