The Company was notified on 29 February 2008 that on 28 February 2008 Mikel
Faulkner, a director of the Company, purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of 1p each
in the Company at 83.80 per share.

Following this purchase, Mr Faulkner has a beneficial interest in 170,000
ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company representing 0.48% of the issued share
capital of the Company.
