The Company was notified on 25 February 2008 that on 22 February 2008 Mikel
Faulkner, a director of the Company, purchased 5,000 ordinary shares of 1p each
in the Company at 84.75p per share.



Following this purchase, Mr Faulkner has a beneficial interest in 160,000
ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company representing 0.45% of the issued share
capital of the Company.
