The Company was notified on 2 January 2008 that on 2 January 2008 Mikel
Faulkner, a director of the Company, purchased 5,000 ordinary shares of 1p each
in the Company at 84.5p per share.

Following this purchase, Mr Faulkner has a beneficial interest in 155,000
ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company representing 0.44% of the issued share
capital of the Company.
