The Company was notified on 16 July 2007 that on 16 July 2007 Mikel Faulkner, a
director of the Company, purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the
Company at 89p per share.



Following this purchase, Mr Faulkner has a beneficial interest in 150,000
ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company representing 0.42% of the issued share
capital of the Company.
